High Precision CNC Machining
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining refers to the computer automation of machine tools. These machine tools include, but are not limited to, vertical and horizontal milling centers, lathes, routers, rotaries, indexers, etc.
Our engineering team utilizes 3-Dimensional Computer-Aided Design (3D CAD) engineering software to design components& assemblies. Manufacturing then utilizes Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to interpret the 3D CAD information and produce the exact commands needed to operate the machine tools.
For CNC Machining, Deft Devise utilizes both in house machines and strategic partners in the USA, Asia, Europe, & Central America. Every partner we work with utilizes best known methods, strict quality control, traceable materials and the best machine tools such as Mori Seiki, Matsuura and Mazak.
Our in-house CNC machine tools are manufactured by Mori Seiki and Mazak and include:
- 5-Axis vertical milling with live-tooling
- 3-Axis vertical milling with live-tooling
- 3-Axis horizontal milling
- 4-Axis lathe with live-tooling
